About us
The Hidden Kitchen was founded by Annabel Gray in 2025. Although a relatively new business, Annabel has always had a keen interest in food, cooking from a very young age originally taught by my mother. Annabel is classically trained by Leith’s (2008), Cookery School at Little Portland Street (2025) and holds Level 2 Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET).
The Hidden Kitchen aims to provide catering which is sophisticated, sustainable and subtle.
In a society where everyone is busy and even more aware of the benefits of healthy eating, our services aim to provide either a full table of fresh homemade food, or ad hoc support which props you up as a host. From everyday eating, to kitchen suppers and more formal dinner parties, the Hidden Kitchen creates feasts bespoke to you, ready for the dining table.
The Hidden Kitchen provides small scale catering services, from 2 people up to 40 people occasions, and bespoke cooking classes. I am based in Streatham Hill but seek to serve clients within an hour catchment from me. For further information about our specific services, see here.
